- Once an order is placed, we are unable to redirect the package to an alternate address for any reason. Risk of loss and title of the item pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped from our New York office Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM ET.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Standard processing time is 1-2 business days, though peak holiday periods may require extra time.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

In-Stock Items
- All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping timelines depend on the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Tracking will be active within 24 hours of receiving your email.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipments are insured, and claims must be made directly with the carrier.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
- Made-to-order and custom designs take 4-6 weeks to craft before shipping.
- For inquiries about custom or bespoke designs, please fill out our Custom Order Request Form and our team of experts will be in touch.
