International Shipping Policy
- Shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation and full insurance.
- Most international orders arrive within 3-5 business days, but customs processing may cause delays.
- Shipping rates vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.
- All international orders undergo thorough verification. High-risk or fraudulent orders will be cancelled and refunded.
International Returns
- At LuvMyJewelry, we want you to love your purchase, no matter where you are in the world. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
- International returns are shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Please note that return shipping costs and any custom duties or fees charged by our country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy Guidelines
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- Items are in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- Lab-grown diamond certificates (where applicable) are included. Missing certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee per card.
- Items have not been modified, engraved, or resized by a jeweler other than LuvMyJewelry.
- Items do not show signs of wear or damage.

How to Return an International Order
1. Initiate Your Return
- Email us at info@luvmyjewelry.com with your order details.
If your order is eligible, we’ll email you a pre-paid $50 return shipping label along with the required customs documentation. - The $50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging, the return packing slip, and any applicable diamond certificates.
- Complete and sign the Foreign Shipper’s Declaration of Foreign Goods Returned form provided.
- Place your jewelry inside its original jewelry box, then pack it securely inside a sturdy shipping box (original shipping box or equivalent).
- Insert the return packing slip inside the shipping box.
- For security, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or related words anywhere on the package.
3. Ship Your Return
- Take the sealed package and all required documents (Shipping Label, Airway Bill copies, Foreign & Importer’s Declaration of Foreign Goods Returned, Export Commercial Invoice copies) to the FedEx, UPS or DHL location indicated on your label.
- The shipping representative will affix the label and all necessary customs documents to your package.
- All forms must be accurately completed and signed, missing or incomplete paperwork may result in delays, duties, or taxes being deducted from your refund.
- Obtain a receipt as proof of shipment and insurance.
- If you choose your own shipping method, you will be responsible for:
- All shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
- Ensuring the package is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery.
- Providing proof of delivery.
LuvMyJewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or improperly documented shipments.
Refund Process
1. Receipt & Inspection
- Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify its condition. This process may take up to 7 business days.
2. Refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or by check for payments made via bank wire, cash, or certain other special payment methods.
- Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
