When you purchase directly from luvmyjewelry.com, you’re not only investing in beautifully crafted jewelry, you’re choosing a brand that stands behind its work with care, integrity, and lifelong support.

- This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made directly through luvmyjewelry.com.
- Items purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, resellers, or any channel not operated by LMJ are not covered under this warranty.
- If you are unsure where your piece was purchased, please contact our Customer Care team before submitting a warranty request.
What Our Warranty Covers
We guarantee that jewelry purchased directly from luvmyjewelry.com is crafted to meet our strict quality standards and will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when received.
Every LMJ piece undergoes careful inspection before leaving our facility to ensure it meets the level of quality our customers expect.
This warranty is:
- Effective from the original purchase date
- Valid only for purchases made through luvmyjewelry.com
- Non-transferable and valid for the original purchaser only
What Is Not Covered
While we proudly stand behind our craftsmanship, certain types of damage fall outside the scope of a manufacturing warranty. These typically result from normal wear, environmental exposure, or accidental damage.
The following situations are not covered:
Normal Wear and Tear
Scratches, dents, surface wear, or other signs of regular use that naturally occur over time.
Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen jewelry, including the loss of gemstones resulting from accidental damage or impact.
Chemical Exposure
Metal discoloration or damage caused by exposure to chemicals such as:
- Swimming pools or hot tubs
- Perfumes or lotions
- Hairsprays
- Cleaning agents
- Harsh household chemicals
Natural Prong Wear
Prongs made from precious metals may gradually wear with everyday use. If prongs loosen due to normal wear over time,
it is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We recommend periodic inspections to ensure stones remain secure.
Stone Loss from Impact or Damage
Gemstones that become loose or fall out due to accidental impact or trauma are not covered under this warranty.
Third-Party Repairs
Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a jeweler not affiliated with LMJ will void the warranty.
To maintain coverage, all service or repairs must be completed directly through LuvMyJewelry.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry may have a manufacturing issue, our team will be happy to assist you.
Step 1 - Contact Our Team
Please email our Customer Care team at customercare@luvmyjewelry.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of when the issue occurred
Step 2 - Review Process
Our team will carefully review the information provided to determine whether the issue qualifies under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
Step 3 - Resolution
If the issue is covered
We will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label along with instructions for safely sending your jewelry to our facility. LMJ covers shipping both ways for warranty repairs.
If the issue is not covered
Our team will provide a clear repair estimate for your approval. Once approved, we will share instructions for securely sending your piece to us.
Most repairs are completed within 1–3 weeks, after which your jewelry will be carefully returned
to you in a fresh LMJ jewelry box.
Repair & Maintenance Services
Even the finest jewelry benefits from professional care over time. Our U.S.-based repair facility offers a range of services to help maintain the beauty and integrity of your piece.
Services may include:
- Side stone replacement
- Prong tightening
- Professional polishing
- Rhodium re-plating
- Deep ultrasonic cleaning

Ring Resizing (U.S. Orders)
If the ring you ordered isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to help.
We offer resizing for all U.S. orders.
Simply send the ring back to us and our team will resize it and return it in your correct size.
Please note:
- Some ring styles may have resizing limitations depending on their design.
- If your requested size cannot be safely achieved, our team will offer alternative solutions,
including special-order sizing. - Rings can only be resized a limited number of times to preserve their structural integrity.
