Returns and Exchanges
We want you to cherish your LuvMyJewelry purchase for a lifetime. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the items if accompanied by a sales receipt.
Free 30-Day Returns
We want you to absolutely love your LuvMyJewelry piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
Eligibility
- Most items: Full refund to your original payment method.
- High value items ($1,000+), special orders, and custom pieces: store credit only.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
How to Return an Order
1. Initiate Your Return
Email info@luvmyjewelry.com to start your return. If eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging, packing slip, and any diamond certificates.
- Missing certificates will result in a $100 deduction from your refund.
- Place the jewelry in its original jewelry box.
- Put the jewelry box inside a secure shipping box (preferably the one from your order or a box).
- Place the packing slip inside.
- Seal the box and affix the prepaid label.
- For security, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or related words anywhere on the package.
3. Ship Your Return
- Drop off at appropriate shipping carrier’s location - we do not accept drop-box returns.
- Obtain a receipt for proof of shipment and insurance coverage.
If you choose your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and ensuring a signature upon delivery. LuvMyJewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returns shipped without our label.
Refund Process
1. Receipt & Inspection
- Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
- This process may take up to 3-5 business days.
2. Refund
- High value items ($1,000+), special orders, and custom pieces: Refunded as store credit.
- All other eligible items: Refunded to your original payment method or by check for payments made via bank wire, cash, or other special methods.
- Credit card refunds: May take up to one billing cycle to appear.
