Returns and Exchanges
We want you to cherish your LuvMyJewelry purchase for a lifetime. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the items if accompanied by a sales receipt.
Free 30-Day Returns (U.S. Orders)
At LuvMyJewelry (LMJ), we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
We offer complimentary 30-day returns with free return shipping on all U.S. orders, so you can be sure your piece is exactly right.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
Return Eligibility
- Most items: Full refund to your original payment method.
- High value items ($1,000+), special orders, and custom pieces: store credit only.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
How to Return an Order
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Return must be requested within 30 days of shipment
- Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, documentation, and certificates must be included
Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
If a diamond certificate is missing, a replacement fee per certificate may be deducted from the refund.
Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified by a third-party jeweler are not eligible for return.
Returns sent without an approval may not be processed.
LMJ reserves the right to decline returns or limit services in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.
Refunds & Store Credit
Most standard items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, subject to inspection and approval.
Important:
Items with a purchase value of $1,000 or more are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable to the original form of payment.
Store Credit Only Items
The following items are also eligible for store credit only:
- High Jewelry pieces
- Special-order items
- Custom or made-to-order designs
If an item is store credit only, this will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.
If store credit is used toward a custom redesign, the newly created piece will be considered final sale.
All custom pieces remain covered under our LMJ Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
How to Return Your Order
Step 1 — Request Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@luvmyjewelry.com to initiate your return.
If approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible U.S. returns)
- Return instructions
- Return authorizations are valid for 7 days.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package
Please include:
- Jewelry in the original LMJ box
- All certificates and documentation
- Your return packing slip
Place everything inside a secure outer shipping box.
For security reasons, please do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or related terms on the package exterior.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return
Drop your package at an authorized shipping location.
Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
LMJ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if instructions are not followed.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We recommend using a fully insured service with signature confirmation.
Refund Processing
Inspection
Once received, your return will be inspected by our team.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refund
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Store credit items will be issued to your LMJ account
For credit card refunds, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear.
