Returns & Exchanges Policy
Effective Date: January 19, 2017
We want you to cherish your LuvMyJewelry purchase for a lifetime. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the items if accompanied by a sales receipt. Unlike most competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee and provide a full refund.
Return Policy Guidelines:
- To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Packages sent back to LuvMyJewelry without a RMA number present on the outer packaging will be refused upon arrival.
- Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way are not eligible for a return.
- Custom orders and any items that are engraved are non-refundable. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production.
- Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.
- Returned merchandise should include our original packaging and tags.
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- LuvMyJewelry reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with these "Return Policy Guidelines".
How To Prepare A Return:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by contact us via email at email@example.com. You must write this RMA number clearly on the package before sending it out to us. Please note that any package sent without a RMA number written on the outer box will not be accepted.
- Package Your Return. Please make sure to include all original packaging as well as any other material that was sent to you.
- Ship and Insure Your Package.

- If the item you are returning is:
- Less than $500 – you are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
- More than $500 – you must ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500).
- You will receive an email notification from LuvMyJewelry when we receive and process your return. Please allow 15 business days for your return to be processed.
- We do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
- Please Note: LuvMyJewelry is not responsible for lost return packages and recommends that you insure and track your package. Shipping and insurance costs will be borne by you and are not refunded.
